GIRLS, what do you eat daily?

It depends on which house I'm in, I eat very differently from when I am at home with my parents, to when I am spending the holidays with my bf, or at uni. Since I tend to adopt other people's eating habits being in their house, I'll just say about uni:

Breakfast: a bowl of musli with either a glass of apple juice or a coffee.
Snack before late classes (and lunch is then cut out of the equation) a cup of coffee and some fruit or a slice of toast.
Lunch: My biggest meal of the day, usually pasta.
Tea: A simple bread roll sandwich.
Supper: Toast or fruit and a hot chocolate.

At uni I probably eat in restaurants once a month, but at places like subway once a week.
Not much since I moved.

Breakfast: toast with slice of cheese, coffee
snack: banana
lunch: piece of toast with an egg and some raw vegetables.
snack:instant soup
dinner: some pasta if i can be bothered, or just some drink.

Breakfast: porridge and a glass of OJ
Lunch: tuna salad/ beans on toast/ cottage cheese with salad
Dinner: rice/pasta with tomatoes etc!
Snacks: tea, grapes, an apple, a biscuit, oranges
Drink water all day!

5ft 9, 70kg
Breakfast: 3 pieces of fruit and porridge
Lunch: Sandwich with wholemeal bread, cheese, tomato, cucumber
Dinner: Vegetarian sausages, 3 pieces of veg, rice
Snacks: Nuts, dried apricots, a lot of tea

I have a healthy BMI.

I don't understand people who can eat so unhealthily... and almost seem proud of it as though skipping meals is a good thing (wtf?). Don't abuse your body...!

Today I had

Breakfast:
weetabix with semi-skimmed milk and some sultanas
coffee, apple juice

Lunch:
oat cakes, cottage cheese, carrot sticks
green tea

Dinner:
tuna steak, green beans, potatoes, salad (lettuce, artichoke, olives, sundried tomatoes)
stewed apples with some sultanas and custard for pudding
green tea

It was a fairly typical day apart from the hot pudding for dinner (I made that specially as I had a lot of cooking apples to use from my garden).
Today I had..

Breakfast: A piece of toast and some mango fruit juice
Lunch: Some salt and vinegar snackajacks and a mini pack of skittles (Didnt have time to eat much today, but otherwise i'll have either something like a tuna or egg salad, or some form of sandwich)
Dinner: Wholegrain pasta with 1/2 a can of tuna (My cat meows and meows whenever she smells tuna so the other 1/2 goes to her :P), some grated cheese and italian herbs.
Snacks: A mango/apricot and nut bar.
Breakfast: No carbs if possible. Something eggy like an omelette if I have the time/if there are eggs at home. Tea or peppermint/berry tea or juice or whatever.
Lunch: Sandwich (Usually tuna/salmon)
Dinner: Something protein and/or fibre-ish i.e. lentil cooked in some way. Tea or peppermint/berry tea or juice or whatever.
Snacks: Ryvita&Lurpak

I stick to my 1300 calories a day (used to consume 700 calories) and find it almost impossible to go above.

I don't know my weight but my measurements are:
Bust - 36"
Waist - 30/31"
Hips - 37.5/38"

My height is 5'2 or 5'3 :confused:

I don't like eating out but sometimes my siblings force me to do so and I can't tell them why I don't wanna (I'm a recovering mild-anorexic) so I get the lightest thing on the menu.

Breakfast: Bowl of cereal(coco pops, frosties, rice krispes) and 5 tablespoonfuls of condensed milk OR 2 pieces of toast and peanut butter and jam on one, butter on the other and a cup of tea with condensed milk.

Snack: Pack of crisps + handful of nuts

Lunch: Micro pizza and sweetcorn + chicken wings/drumsticks OR Chicken and bacon sandwich + pack of crisps-if i'm at work

Snack: about 20 grapes or 1 peach + 3 biscuits

Dinner: Chips and sausages OR peanut butter and jam toast + cup of tea.

5ft 5in 9st- 58kg

I just realised i eat a lot of rubbish and almost no vegetables :redface:

I love my orange squash.
I never drink fizzy drinks etc, (only on rare occasions if nothing else is available.) I don't like the fizz... :frown:

the trick is to eat massive portions. et a big breakftas, eggs toast beans, eat a massive dinner a HUGE portion of rice and eat about 4 chocolate bars

And yeah, I don't think I'll answer any of this. Makes me feel awful.
The amount usually varies- well it has done a lot more recently.

Today

Breakfast- Two toasts with jam and butter (I could actually live on this, it's what i always have for breakfast) and an egg.

A Chocolate flake.

Lunch: Sushi/fish, A glass of juice and a yogurt

Right now: Vegetable soup/ one whole bread.

Dinner/ later on:
Probbaly a mug of tea :dontknow:
i think i may be having egg fried rice....and i'm not sure if i'll have a crisp ( bought my favourite flavour today :ahee:) depends whether i feel hungry.


Yesterday: i had the same breakfast, a cooked meal with meat and later on garlic bread.

Day before that: No breakfast, nothing all day...but around midnight cereal, yoghurt and tea.

Day before that: nothing all day and then a crisp packer and cappuccino at night.

So it varies as in i'll have a lot to eat one day, and then some days where it's hardly anything. Recently i've not been eating much.

5ft3-4" (somewhere inbetween)

I don't think i'll mention my weight, because I do get a lot of :eek: you're so light :blah:
Since i've lost more weight too:colondollar:....and bmi also indicates i'm quite underweight.
Not really worried about it, because my weight does fluctuate...and even at it's highest i'm still underweight...which I have always been so :dontknow:

But i do have a fast metabolism and sometimes i eat like a horse:biggrin: which no one believes.
