Porridge & a cup of tea
Peanut butter & jam sandwich on wholegrain bread & Muller corner (toffee hoops one!)
Lovely huge sized portion of Spaghetti Bolognese & garlic bread

There's a bit of veg in the bolognese and I've got a raspberry & white chocolate cookie for later so that's gotta be something!!
Weetabix. Tuna salad. Quorn and veg. Been a busy one so went for easy, quick food!
Highlight of my day was Hazelnut coffee at Costa.
2 Chicken Legs,10 smilies,1 toast and 1 pot of beans.
I'm going to eat one 200g Lindt Bunny.
Breakfast- cofee with milk and toast with butter
Lunch- salame sandwich and an yogurt
Snack- An apricot and one muffin
Tea- stake with chips and an yogurt
Snack- tea and toast

To drink besides the milk and the tea, lots of water...
I have eaten well filled pan cakes to my late dinner. Before I ate ones there was cereals to my breakfast and a baguette to my lunch.

Yoghurt, turkey, salad, way too much cous cous. Sunday dinner's stuffed chicken breast and meringue pie, so I'd better exercise while I can. :P

A bacon sandwich and a packet of Skips.
I don't know what's wrong with me today, I could eat a king size pizza if I had one... So hungry... Loool

Breakfast- toast and cofee
Lunch- omelete with salad and chips
Snack- Apricots, cheesecake...

And I am off to the kitchen again... lol

Half an Easter egg.
Three slices of cheese and tomato stuffed crust pizza.
Three slices of garlic bread pizza.

I can't move.
Chocolate Weetabix (thingys) with semi-skimmed milk
Slimfast chocolate meal bar
Sweet potato with roast chicken and maple syrup carrots

Now having a tiny bit of whiskey and coke, with an activia creamy yogurt :smile:

Frosties with semi-skimmed milk

Apple + banana mid-morning

Baked potato with bolognese, cheese, 2 vine tomatoes, carrots

Minstrels, carrot batons and jellybeans for afternoon snacks

A chicken sandwich for dinner

Toffee Crisp
Breakfast: a couple of swigs of a chocolate fudge brownie Frijj

Lunch: One piece of an egg wrap (weird) and half a roll filled with some sort of chicken

Tea: a sainsbury's basics lasagne (300kcal)

Still pretty hungry but too lazy to eat. Must start exercising so that I can justify eating more food. Dislike recent weight loss but if I eat more I'll turn into a fatty quickly.
3 Rice Krispy squares, a few stale gingerbread men, a cheese and ham toastie. Shameful :frown:
