Porridge & a cup of tea Peanut butter & jam sandwich on wholegrain bread & Muller corner (toffee hoops one!) Lovely huge sized portion of Spaghetti Bolognese & garlic bread
There's a bit of veg in the bolognese and I've got a raspberry & white chocolate cookie for later so that's gotta be something!!
Breakfast- cofee with milk and toast with butter Lunch- salame sandwich and an yogurt Snack- An apricot and one muffin Tea- stake with chips and an yogurt Snack- tea and toast
To drink besides the milk and the tea, lots of water...
Breakfast: a couple of swigs of a chocolate fudge brownie Frijj
Lunch: One piece of an egg wrap (weird) and half a roll filled with some sort of chicken
Tea: a sainsbury's basics lasagne (300kcal)
Still pretty hungry but too lazy to eat. Must start exercising so that I can justify eating more food. Dislike recent weight loss but if I eat more I'll turn into a fatty quickly.
