Ive been reading this and im a bit concerned now cause my ears are not in line with my shoulders they are more forward. Also my lower back arches really bad isn't this normal:confused: According to that its not.
also my back isn't straight at the top it curves out and round to meet my neck, although my shoulders look ok.

How about you lot? You have to take your top off its hard to tell with clothes on.

Ok if i have to get my ears in line with my shoulders i have to tip my head back to a rather unnatural position

Same here, my neck slants forward, is this normal or should it be totally vertical:confused:

ps. my back curves outwards towards my neck, and my coccyx is too rounded.
It isn't supposed to do that, you have to sit up straight enough to that it doesn't curve outwards.
Try pulling your shoulders back.Your ankle, knee and shoulders should all be so that should a line be drawn through them it would be straight.

Ive just found this, maybe we can blame school.

You are not supposed to arch the lumber area to be able to sit up straight, its impossible otherwise though.

I blame my school for it being so cold that i tense up (natural reflex to being cold) and then my back kills.
I'm a natural sloucher, but standing straight is good for you, so I've been practicing.

My back curves at the bottom (Scoliosis to those who are training to be doctors and nurses ) and its bloody annoying I tell you, plus I also have quite a bit of trouble sitting up straight and i've never really thought about how bad it looks until a few days ago hmmmm *ponders*
