Postgrad at UAL

Ok so heres the deal. I've researched a great number of threads, articles etc.
I have lived in London so I'm sort of familiar with locations etc.
I have been accepted for MA courses both at CSM and Chelsea, and they are both predominantly theory based so not much studio work.
From what I am reading CSM is struggling with the move to Kings cross and apparently Chelsea has been just as useless with its location move and studio space etc.
I would really like to hear from current students at Chelsea and CSM with some practical advice on what student life really entails at UAL.
A lot of online threads and comments say its living in the shadows of past glories but is it really so?
I am leaning towards Chelsea as it seems to have a bit more integration with Camberwell and Wimbledon. But Millibank does seem like a dead neighborhood to study, but then again the Kings Cross location isn't particularly in the middle of it all. Angel and old street are still quite a way from the campus.
