Didn't actually collect results
I've got an offer and everything, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to collect my results from college.

Do you mean in order to confirm your Uni place? No, the Uni receives a copy of your results direct from UCAS.
Or just for your record? You will presumably get certificates in due course.
