Felt quite strong today. Never squat 172.5 or deficit Deadlifted 225. Technically my deficit e1rm went down but the fact that I've never done a 1rm with it is probably a big reason why.
Maybe, but I generally go through phases of when I'm really interested in learning strength stuff. At a bit of a lull atm so it doesn't stick out as something I really want to do.
I've moved Thursday and Friday down a day as I am pretty ill. Think I have food poisoning or something. Spent most of yesterday in bed and I can barely eat. Not great!
As expected my Deadlift was weak as **** but I somehow had my best ever pin squat session so far.
Also retarded **** of the day: Guy does a near maximal set of something like 140kg*8 and then says he's going for a PB of 200kg. For some reason he put on 225kg and tries to lift it while swearing and screaming at the top of his lungs....
