Durham/Liverpool for CS? Please help

Hi everyone,

I'm really happy because I was accepted in both Durham and Liverpool to read Computer Science, but there is a problem, I don't have a lot of information about them, due to the fact that I'm from Portugal.

I want to know what you guys think about each of them, taking into account the quality of teaching/course and social life.

Durham no doubt. You'll enjoy Durham more imo.
The college style is just like oxbridge.

I'm going to the open day of the University of Durham on the 19th of March but I'm afraid I won't be able to have a look at liverpool...

Nevertheless, the League tables do agree with you :smile:

Dude, there's no competition. Durham graduates are some of the top CS people, apart from Imperial and Cambridge.

I'm going for Durham in adjustment, I didn't apply there like an idiot. I got rejected from Cambridge too D:
