"lived or worked outside the UK and Islands or in the case of an EU, EEA or Swiss National outside the EEA or Switzerland?"

I dont get the wording, does this mean if they've worked inside the EU I tick no?

It means if your a UK citizen have you worked or lived outside the UK and islands. But if you are a citizen of an EU, EEA country or Switzerland have you worked or lived outside of those.

Where abouts are you from, then I can tell you specifically what it says?

I think there is a seperate question about parents. But for you it is have you worked or lived outside the UK and islands.
