accutane urgently need advice

Hey ive just been refered to a dermatologist by my gp to get on accutane, my acne is ruining my life at the moment and I am really desperate to go on this drug, and yes i have tried everything else.

the thing is i probably wont be able to on to accutane for at least another 2 months or so in this period i was thinking of buying accutane online... real accutane, Im a healthy male, do you recon anything serious could happen for taking accutane unmonitored for 2 months?

For people that have been on this what do they actual do when the monitor your blood has anyone had anything bad found and they had to do something about it?

I was on Accutane a few years back under supervision for nearly two years. My acne was extremely stubborn.

I would suggest waiting to take it supervised as it's such a strong drug and you never really know what you're getting from the internet.

When I was on it, I had to have regular pregnancy tests and blood tests.

I know it's hard but impatience won't help you and carries a lot of risks. You can't be sure of the authenticity of Accutane online. Everyone would be doing it otherwise.

I'm on accutane, I would suggest you just wait it out, common you've come this far surely another 2 months can't hurt. I have to have monthly tests and blood tests all the time, I personally wouldn't risk it xx

Don't do it yourself. They have to check your liver function as roaccutane hits your liver hard. Not to mention each person needs a different dose based on height, weight and other factors.

I had extremely bad acne and trust me, the wait is definitely worth it. They need to monitor you with regular check ups to see how you are reacting to the medication. The side effects are wide and varied and everyone experiences them in different ways. You need to have guidance and supervision while taking them. You wouldn't be referred to a specialist if you didn't as your doctor would just prescribe them.

I would definitely wait for the doctors supervision!! I needed my liver function checked, healthy blood tests and regularly pregnancy tests (i was not sexually active at 15 - the doctors just insisted for precaution)

After being on the drug, it's obvious how strong it is and would not advise you to take it alone.

I've been on accutane for 3 months now and really would not recommend taking it unsupervised. There are some really harsh and dangerous side effects that can occur and without a dermatologists advice you may be in deep water. Also how would you know which dose to start on? In my experience even a difference of 20mg is huge in terms of the effects on my body!
I'd say wait it out. I know acne is such a horrendous thing but the 2 months will fly by, and then you can seek proper treatment which will more likely be successful first time compared to if you did it alone.
I wish you all the best - I've seen huge improvements in my skin for the first time in 7 years and I couldn't be happier!!
