The bacteria in your mouth create acid whenever you eat any kind of carbohydrate, including sugars. So I can't really think what you could be eating for breakfast that won't cause the acidity to increase.

Ooh, that makes sense. I'll probably start brushing before now.
Brushing my teeth is usually the last thing I do before I leave the house in the morning. :smile:
