From Monday I'm going to attempt a super strict diet to see if it helps my stomach issues.
Prayers that I'll have the self-discipline to stick with it and that it'll help would be appreciated.
No dairy and no gluten

Prayers coming your way. I've followed a similar diet since 2008 (also for stomach issues) so if you need any help/advice/anyone to scream to just let me know

There are some really nice vegan and gluten free recipes floating around the internet! Buzzfeed do lists regularly and there are some excellent recipe blogs. (I'm neither vegan nor gf but my close friendship circle contains one of each so it's usually easiest to cook the same for everyone!

I have heard of it, but I'm pretty sure it includes stuff I know gives me issues and cuts out stuff I seem to be able to eat fine.

I know I don't post very often but can I put in an urgent prayer request to anyone who is able.
One of my best friends (she led me to Christ and has been such an important person in my life) has gone into premature labour. If the baby is born now it won't survive. Can anyone who is able please pray that her contractions can be stopped and that even though she is going through so much both her and her husband will be able to feel gods peace and really lean on him.

Oh gosh. That's very scary. Praying hard for this intention. Will call upon the intercession of St Anne and St Monica

God not only tells us to forgive but he also says to overcome evil with good.

Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written:
“It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord.
On the contrary:
“If your enemy is hungry, feed him;
if he is thirsty, give him something to drink.
In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head.”
Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
