Biochemistry 2015 hopefuls!

I'm currently in Year 13 but I'm taking a gap year so I won't be going to uni until the year after next year!
I want to study Biochemistry and hopefully Medicine afterwards
Which Unis are you looking at applying for? I'm currently looking at Manchester, Liverpool, Imperial, Birmingham, Durham and Cambridge.

I'm currently in year 12 and my ultimate goal is to enter a Medicine course no matter what, however if I am unsuccessful the first time round, I will be looking to enter a Biochemistry/Pharmacology course since I have an interest in that field, to aid me towards a graduate Medicine application.
I am thinking of applying to three medical schools - UCL, Kings College London & Leeds, and two Biochemistry courses - Imperial College London & Kings College London.
