physiotherapy entry grades

If I were to get my current predicted grades I would fall 20 UCAS points below the entry requirements. I was just wondering if there was anyone who is currently at uni who dropped below their predicted grades but was still accepted onto a physiotherapy course, because at this rate I may have to apply for sports therapy.
