Not personally but I've read that there is someone who works for a government department and they are a registered pharmacist - I believe they are actually an MP, you might be able to find out his name if you Google.

If you have a decent degree classification from a decent university then you'll have a pretty good masters degree that you can do almost anything with - you certainly won't be limited to being a pharmacist, you can retrain to do anything. The benefit of it is that you will still be a registered pharmacist as a backup route to make £££ if you get stuck for work.
Found it although the article is a little out of date (was sure I had read it somewhere!) - http://www.pharmj.com/Editorial/20000122/articles/careers_civilservice.html

Steven Collins, was a parliamentary private secretary. There's a bit of information on pharmacy and non-pharmacy (but linked) careers at http://www.pharmj.com/noticeboard/series/careers/index.html

Someone on one of the threads said they know a registered pharmacist who is a solicitor so I guess it's possible.
You're not restricted to pharmacy careers you can do any career that requires just a general degree. You could also do the law conversion thing etc

Do you have to do a law degree if you're a pharmacist, to become a solicitor?
