best way to find out would be to phone up and ask....doubt that there's many people that'll know how much weighting they're putting on it, considering this is UKCAT's first year

Your UKCAT score will be considered in our selection for interview. It will not be the sole indicator for selection but instead will be balanced against achievement in other areas, in particular your academic performance to date. All indicators will be considered together in deciding who will be selected for interview.

As far as i know (this may just be spin from the uni) but a KCL admissions tutor told me that they were the main UK university formulating the UKcat, so would probably be the most sensitive to realising how flawed it is. They basically said that this year will be more to iron out the problems in the exam than anything else so if you've done well academically and have a good PS you're still in with a good chance!
