Applied for waitrose, 1 on 1 interview on monday!

Hey there guys, I applied for Waitrose about a week ago and had received a call on Friday from Waitrose saying that I have an interview on Monday 24/03/14. I've generally seen many people write about a group interview first but this interview seems to be a 1 on 1.. I'm not really sure what i should be expecting and what i should be preparing for. Does anyone idea's on what she could ask me? What are the key facts to remember about waitrose, obviously I know there a partnership. I know that they treat there employees well, partners receive a certain % of bonus yearly, benefits on discounts etc.. but i'd like to know if I should look more into the company just in case she asks me some tricky questions?

I think its good to find out more information about the company even if it may be unnecessary. If it will be needed in the interview then great, otherwise it is still good to know for yourself something more about the company will be potentiality working for.

I have a group interview this Monday too, really looking forward to that!
