Paying living cost if I get admitted.
My tuition fees are met from bank loan and they pay it direct to the Teesside university.
My living cost is also arranged by bank loan. How it will be paid. The bank remits it to Teesside university and the university arranges the payment of my living coist.

As it's a bank loan, it will to to whichever bank account you told them you wanted it to go to. So if you told them you want all the loan to go to Teeside, then it will ALL go to them - they won't give any of it to you, they'll simply refund it as an an overpayment of fee's back to the bank.
