Science grading ocr gateway science B

Hello ,

I was wondering for the additional paper how many marks out of the total do you need to get an A?

Also, if you was to get an A in the 25% coursework to what degree can it push up your grade? Is it possible in getting a B in the exam then your coursework pushing it to an A?

Can an some one do the caculations or do the caculations if the grades are based on a point system etc?

appreciate it a lot if you can do this for me!

I don't know for an A, but I know how ridiculous it is that, for an A* in triple science, you need in raw marks, only:
- 60% approx in Biology
- 65% approx in Physics
- 70% approx in Chemistry

Why is this allowed? In my mock I got 95% in Physics, 90% in Chemistry and people are on the same grade as me at 20 and even 30% less? This world makes no sense.
