Been offered a place through UCAS extra? Now want to change University?
I applied though UCAS extra and have been offered a place. I have accepted the offer and completed everything (student finance, accommodation etc). Because of family problems I have to stay closer to home, therefore I want to decline this offer (if possible).
If I contact the Uni and ask them to release me, can I apply again using UCAS EXTRA?
