Are there any linguistics @ manchester students out there? I'm a keen english language and literature student, and i'm considering linguistics as an option. I guess I just want to know a bit more about the subject? Like what a lecture involves, what modules you do. Is it very theory based and kind of sciency in that sense? Anything is a help! thanks

Hi,
I'm also applying for MA Linguistics at both Manchester, and QMU, but still haven't decided completely. Sorry to not be able to help, but could I ask if you have you had any info concerning them, or contact with current/former students? I really need insider info 😅
