This is an easy one. You can choose from a huge variety of foods. Me personally, I love cottage cheese (full fat or reduced fat), milk (whole or semi-skimmed), whole eggs, tuna, wholemeal bread and wholemeal pitta, chicken, lamb, beef, rice, pasta, oats, cashew nuts, whey protein, fruits and vegetables. You've mentioned a lot of these. Just avoid food with added sugar or foods too high in fat. Clean bulking is the easiest thing ever.
