URGENT: Red and white ball has formed inside the penis at the bottom of the lips
I can't of had it long otherwise i would have noticed it but this has formed, any idea's of what it is, i'll go to the GP today when they open at 4

It's impossible to say. Not only can we not see it - unlike the GP - but we don't know what you've been doing recently. From the description, I am not even sure exactly what you're talking about. Do you mean something inside your foreskin?
