English Language Help Please

Does anybody know what the feature is called where somebody repeats the head of their utterance at the end of the utterance? For example. 'I did maths yesterday I did'
PLEASE HELP I THINK I'M GOING INSANE
THANK YOU
Heeeeeelp
I'd probably have gone along the tautology line, but its not really tautology, is it.
It seems similar to a tag question too, but it's not a question either!

Had a look on Google, could it be epanalepsis?

It's defined as a rhetorical term fot the repetition of a word or phrase at regular intervals
or
repetition at the end of a clause or sentence of the word or phrase with which it began (a combination or anaphora and epistrope)
[h="1"]No idea if that was remotely helpful!
