Either working equine rehab, animal welfare officer, producing show horses or working in the sports horse industry or equine journalist.
EDT I once read an article about a lady who's job consisted of her driving around all the old listed but unlived in buildings and estates in Scotland and cataloging the state the buildings were in... wouldn't say no to that!
Oooh, and if I couldn't work with animals then I'd love to do something with antiques or old building, estates and houses.
