Probably not given western support and even Iranian support for a united Iraq.
Its possible though however the creation of a militant Sunni state and the likely expansion of Iran is not something I support. I believe the Kurds are quite western friendly though.

Iran have stated that if ISIS takes the Shia populated Bahgdad then they will intervene. Unlike ISIS, Iran has a functional army supplied by the Russians.
