You can but it's unlikely you'll get it that quickly, it took me over 2 weeks after giving blood to get the letter with my group in.

30 years ago, any secondary school would have had the kit to test it. however with the aids crisis, now none of them do. You can try this This but I do not know if it is accurate enough.

Would I be able to ring up if I've already donated before?

I remember getting poked and jabbed by these bone marrow people, if I ring them up, would they be able to tell me?
Yeah, if you've already donated, they would have it on record. If you don't mind me asking, why do you need to know so quickly?

Doctors routinely don't know the blood group of their patients. Easiest way to find out is if you've given blood before. The reasons doctors don't do it anymore is cos of the cost surprise surprise!
