I can't concentrate

I can't concentrate

My GCSE's will be coming soon so I decided to start studying usually if I concentrate I can get good grades but these days I just can't concentrate :frown:

I get distracted continuously I tried really hard but i end up doing unnecessary stuff.
what can I do ??

I have the same problem, I was planning to revise for my GCSEs too but there was just so many distractions and, if you saw it, you would have stared at that weirdly gold-plated car for 25 mins too. It was just so shiny.

Anyway, have you tried going to a library without your phone or any distractions? Just your notes and other things?
