Natwest Graduate Overdraft

Hi Guys

I opened a Natwest Graduate account in 2012 and took advantage of the £2000 Interest Free Overdraft facility. Due to a mixture of not having a steady job and not budgeting my finances correctly in 2014 I still have not paid back my overdraft and have incurred monthly charges as I am in my second year.

Unfortunately yesterday I looked at my bank balance an saw £0 Available I called Natwest as I knew I had funds in my account and was told by a customer representative that Natwest has reduced my overdraft to £1000 and I am now overdrawn by almost £1000.

Is Natwest allowed to do that without any notice, I thought that after you graduate you just incur charges on the amount which is not interest free.

Anyone else has a similar problem

They don't do it without notice. You'll have got a letter with the intent to reduce.
