Workload vs lack of time

Anyone who is studying Fine Art or other creative arts courses find it difficult to manage time and workload. I always tend to feel as though I am racing against time and always rushing.... and wondering if others feel the same when studying Art or creating artwork. Has anyone got any tips on how myself and others might use time more wisely and handle heavy workloads better. Currently I feel that I also have no social time or time to have fun, since I am always working on my coursework and that.
