1: why has she got a potentially priceless record collection laying haphazardly on some stairs!? anyone could trip and fall and cause extreme damage to them omfg

My 17-year-old cousin dresses like this and she's quite naturally pretty but she says none of the guys at college like her. I think it's partly her style, am I wrong though? Looks a bit too "edgy" IMO
but then I dress very conservatively as I'm in my early twenties and work.
People that dress this way generally don't do it to be attractive to the masses.
