Maintain my English level?

Hi there,

(I post this thread here as my primary foreign Language is English)

This year I am not taking English classes so therefore I fear that my English will get worse. I am planning to spend my next year in England or USA where they of course speak English. In order to avoid maintain my English level then what should I do?

Any suggestion are most welcome and the more the better!
