Hmm, an interesting question for me is the distinction between knowing I am unique/relatively good at most things I turn my hand to, and believing that this in some way makes me 'special'. I would never describe myself as special, or even 'gifted', to others, yet in some respects I suppose I am

I don't need to feel special to feel like a boss, and feeling like a boss is certainly a good feeling, although even that isn't necessary for one to feel contented, imo
