Am i too late?
I think i will be done with my ucas application by the 12th just before the final deadline which is the 15th would that still be ok? The reason is because i have to get m reference and teacher said you will get in on the 12-13th.

I'd say get it in as soon as you can because your school/college will need to process and check your application before it gets sent off so do not send it off at the last, last minute! Basically, don't stroll in on 15th January with having completed your bit and expect your school to send it off in time.
