I'm from Scotland yeah. Luckily they have a quota of Scottish students to fill! Were you able to apply though UCAS?

Yes, i think everyone has to apply through UCAS, there is no difference. And since i'm a EU student my fee status is the same as the one for Scottish students :smile:

The fee status is the same, but for sure there is a different quota :mad:

yeah, but i have no idea how that quota might be. I think the only thing one can do is hope for the best..

Yes.Competition is the toughest in our case :wink:

But,let's hope we'll meet at the freshers :smile:

I really want to go to St Andrews too! Just applied last month for Geology there, and at Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen. But St Andrews is the only one which hasn't replied yet!

Is it harder for EU students to get offers?

Even I applied for IR and Eco at Andrews, got my offer in November but I'm an international applicant if that makes a difference

That's awesome! You can be fairly at ease then :smile:

My school only sent my application off on the 13th Jan (I was terrified they wouldn't get it in on time) so I haven't had any offers, or rejections yet. Don't really care about the others tbh - just want that St Andrews offer! :biggrin:
