If Warwick want to contest with the likes of Oxford and Cambridge then why don't they bring well renowned speakers into their union to give speeches?
If you look at OxUnion over the past year, they've had Morgan Freeman, Marine le Pen, Stephen Fry, Johnny Depp etc.
I understand that Oxford has the prestigious and historical value going for it, but if Warwick are contesting to be on this level then why don't they host something similar? It'd be financially feasible (if a fee was charged to be a part).
Is it because Warwick Union are not bothered about this sort of thing or is it because famous speakers are not bothered about coming to Warwick Union?
