OU POstragraduates
After completing a degree with the Open university, can anyone go onto to do a masters at anotherr universitys,

Yes. Yes. And Yes again.
There are thousands of OU grads who've gone on to postgrad at other universities. Some, a small number admittedly, have gone on to Oxford, Cambridge and similar institutions.
There are also many academics with first degrees from the OU etc. There are academics at Cambridge and Oxford, with OU degrees - both Bachelors and PhDs. This demonstrates that OU degrees are no hindrance to further study. And shows what's possible for OU graduates.
So, don't develop a false sense of inferiority because you're an OU student. I've been a student at the OU and another supposedly much superior brick uni and have found the OU better and much more undergraduate friendly than my more research orientated university. That might have been just me though.
