Beware - China Job Internship Scams Are Everywhere Online!

Because the way Google works with advertisers, as soon as you type in the words "China Internships" you are instantly bombarded with pop-up and other ads, and upon examining them all, I realized they all come from five private companies in Beijing and the U.K. and 4 of the 5 that popped up, are listed as "Scams" by China Scam Patrol and Scam.com. These fraudsters have spammed their ads so much online that is is hard to find the legitimate ones! I have therefore pasted the below three links to help you avoid the landmines! Good luck and remember, you NEVER have to pay any fee for a legitimate China internship - only your plane ticket.

But I learned a lesson about advertising online - Google will take money form anyone who pays for the ads, and it looks like the crooks have a much bigger advertising budget. The only place you will find the legitimate China internships advertised is in the in-house job boards of all the big international companies.

Just about every "work in China" or "China Internship" ad you see online is either a direct or indirect scam. The direct scams just want your deposit ASAP and will say and promise anything to get it. The indirect scams don't pressure you for money but want your information. Translation: they are identity thieves! Before doing anything in China, here are three links you must check before you send any monies or sign any contracts:

Actually here is an update I read today that makes me wonder if anything in China is real? http://www.realscam.com/f8/fake-phantom-felon-employees-gi2cs-china-internship-scam-6-invisible-offices-4057/
Maybe you guys should take a look at these two links. Why does this company pretend to be calling from London from a call Center in Pakistan for a business that is in Beijing? Doesn't make sense to me. How about you?
