UCAS Extra after accepting a conditional offer

Is it possible to apply through UCAS extra if I've already accepted firm and insurance choice? Can I call the university and ask them to withrawn me from this courses? Will then I be able to apply through UCAS Extra?

Yes you can, I did the same. Call them and tell them that you no longer want to study there and ask them to release you into extra. If you're calling your firm then you need to tell them to release you to your insurance choice and then when you call your insurance choice you can tell them to release you into extra. Mine happened within a matter of seconds but depending on how fast the uni is it could take a day. But call up the extra uni you are considering to make sure they have spades first because the extra list on UCAS can be unreliable. And remember you can't have an insurance choice with extra.
