Economics and management vs business and management (BRUNEL)

I hope this is the right place to ask (it's the first time I post) but I am desperate for help, so please tell me if I should write this somewhere else.

I am interested in both economics and business and my main concern are job opportunities. I have an offer from Brunel for Business Management (but the university said that i can still change it to Economics and management)

On trs I understood that generally Economics has greater job opportunities and is a more respected degree than Business Management.

What worries me is the fact that Economics and management at Brunel asks for BBC (lower that Westminster for Business economics BBB) and for Business management AAB. What is the reputation of Economics and management at brunel? Is it an employable degree? Which one of the two will give me the best chances of a managerial job?
