I don't know if there is a formal way of working out the EQA. But if there isn't then perhaps you could appply the rating, so a '2' for excellent greenery, and a '-2' for no greenary.
Then take all the different areas you did your data collection, add up each areas total score, and use that for comparison.

What I've said seems a bit simplistic so I presume there's more to it than that, but you'd have to go into a bit more detail about the sheet you've been given etc.
Maybe that's a start...
