Withdraw application

Hi everyone,

I had applied to Finance, sent evidence and was waiting the 6 weeks, but recently I discovered that I will not be able to attend uni next year due to personal problems and for this reason I want to withdraw my application. Anyone knows how can I do it?
Plus I just logged into my account and the application is gone, and it asked me to make another one. Is it a general problem today or just mine?

You can normally cancel your application online or by calling us on 0300 100 0607. If your application has been removed this can normally mean you may have submitted the wrong application. You can give us a ring to see if that's the case or check your online correspondence for any letters we have sent in relation to this.
