The Student Room Group

Wolfie's Summer bucket list!

1. Learn basic leathercrafting skills.

2. Make a basic but useable bag or wallet out of leather (depending on how easy it turns out to be).

3. Organise MHSS Camping.

4. Create a new flavour of cider (rhubarb and custard or peach melba?).

5. Brew and consume at least 5 litres of cider (aided by MHSS).

6. Avoid throwing up at MHSS camping, thus continuing my unblemished record.

7. Entice people under the poncho at MHSS camping. :colone:

8. Eat all the sex cookies. :cookie:

9. Master more leathercrafting techniques.

10. Return to volunteering with the NHS

11. Prepare for studying occupational therapy in September :work:

12. Achieve a zero mouse mortality rate over the summer. Get Dolly down to a healthy weight, and Popcorn to stop scratching. Cookie to continue as is, cos she's perfect. :suith:

13. Create and maintain a consistent level of caffeine in my system, by means of frequent double espressos.

14. Find and secure a good house in Lancaster in time for September.

15. Adopt more mice!

:nah: This is my patented 'three day jammy cider', which takes a mere three days to make, and even less days to drink! :fyi: Recipe and how-to to follow.

Today's achievements so far:
- watched an hour's worth of introductory videos about leather working on youtube
- got Dolly zooming round the cage in the twice-daily eye drop avoidance ritual
- planning to go to the pub later, where I will consume at least one delicious double espresso

Well my mouse-related goals aren't going to great... Dolly's been a lazy pie as usual, and has learned to wink to avoid taking her eye drops. And Popcorn's still scratching herself tons, so I think we're on course for another trip to the vet's... Cookie continues perfect as ever, however. :h:

Productive times! I've:
- studied physiology (blood composition) for half an hour today
- sent a round of PMs about MHSS camping
- emailed my NHS volunteering coordinator and should be starting back by the end of this week
- (not on my bucket list but...) started drafting listings for my new Etsy shop
- worked on persuading my partner to let me get more mice
- picked out two potential new mouse-friends, named Raisin and Vanilla, and registered my interest with the animal rescue

:yep: And they'll go well with Cookie and Popcorn. Dolly might sulk in a corner for a bit, but I might rename her Dolly Mix so she can fit in.

Sex cookies are cookies so good that they can be traded for sex. High-quality, non-prostitutional sex. :fyi:

Let me refer you to my esteemed colleague:
