Missing application

Hello!

I have checked my student finance account and my application is missing. I have sent all the evidence I was asked about one month ago and I have checked my account regularly, but now my account shows that I have not applied for student finance.
I have a twin sister and we applied together and her application is still there and it shows that they recieved the evidence that she sent. We sent them together and we both applied and I don't understand why mine is missing. I am very worried and I don't know what I should do next. I could really use your help!
