My parents think I'm unsociable when I'm not?

Hiii, I'm 14 and I go out with my friends most weekends. I sit with them at school and always talk to them via messaging on my phone. Recently it had been raining all weekend and my dad came up to me and said I was antisocial?? He said that at my age I should be going out all the time no matter what... I don't know,, I mean I do stuff and go out but sometimes I do nothing for a couple of days.. Am I antisocial????
