Sainsburys phone interview? HELP

I have no idea what to expect. I have never had paid employment!! Only work experience. I searched online and says u need to show strong knowlege of the retail industry. What sainsburys does. Difference between sainsburys and its conpetitors. Please guys help i need this job!!!!

I hate phone interviews - recruitment processes are so daft nowadays. I think they would ask you questions like why do you want to work at sainsburys/give an example of good customer service/give an example when you worked well under pressure. Google the most common interview questions, practise saying them and prepare your answers lastly speak clearly. The person at the other end types up everything, and remain calm :smile:
