Politics courses BBM-ABM which universities should i apply to?

Im in my second year of college and i'm predicted;
-B in Govt and Politics
-B in Modern History
-Merit in BTEC Law (2 year course)

I am looking to Study Politics or any related courses.

I'm hoping to revise and thus achieve these grades however i am going to try and push for an A in politics as I feel it is one of my strongest course.

I'm just wondering which Universities would have a good look at me and thus possibly give me an offer.
If there are any other alternative or interesting courses then feel free to write it down.
I'm hoping to first work in an NGO like Amnesty international and eventually get into Politics (as in become an MP).

I'll love to read your suggestions.
