any student nurses with children?

Hi,

i have recently been lucky enough to have been offered a place on a adult nursing course starting sept 2016. I am very excited but also anxious as I have a 18month old and im worried how/if I will manage. Im wondering if there are any current student nurses or newly qualifieds who studied while having a young family who could offer me some reassurance/advice/words of wisdom? I have my partners full support and my family is great re: childcare. Im more concerned about managing my time. Im worried im taking to much on i suppose and I wont be home enough or have time to do essays outside of uni/placement hours.
