I was just wondering what sport's like at Manchester...
Is there any inter-hall/inter departmental stuff or is it just University teams?

Is there a university swimming pool? I went with a friend to a Salford visit day and their looks great! And it's free if you're in halls :smile:

there isn't a university swimming pool as such, but the uni owns (or part owns...or something...i think...) the Manchester Aquatics Centre which was purpose built for the commonwelth games and is right next to the main Uni campus. It's not free but students get special rates...
