What it takes for you to leave your current significant other?

Let's say you (girl or guy) is in a good relationship but not the greatest as in you both are not extremely in love (e.g not kissing everyday). What would it take for you to leave him/her to pursue another person?

I assume for starters that other person would be better looking. What other things?

I meant leave them AND pursue someone else.

What qualities does that other person must possess?

If I truly loved them deep down then I would try and make it work but if the relationship were making both of us unhappy then I'd end it as painlessly as possible
