How much does the cost of living vary between cities

Hello, I'm trying to find out where I'd like to apply for uni, I was wondering how much does living as a student in London cost more than living in any other city and also if living in Scotland is more or less expensive than living in England in a city like Manchester or Liverpool. Thanks!

Which part of London? The more central, the more expensive rent generally is.

Depends on the city and whether you are comparing halls with halls or private rented with private rented. When it comes to halls prices are clearly displayed on university websites.
